Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for our events. We value your participation and strive to provide a high-quality experience.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to unforeseen circumstances, should any event, programme, project, initiative, course or module be cancelled, the purchaser/participant will be entitled to a full refund.
Should any event, programme, project, initiative, course or module be postponed, the purchaser/participant can be entitled to a full refund upon request.
With the exception of this, all sales transactions are final and non-refundable.
2. Processing Time
Refunds or credits will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a written request. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your provider.
3. Event Changes
UN Global Compact Network Sri Lanka reserves the right to modify the program, dates, or location if necessary. In the event of a full cancellation by UN Global Compact Network Sri Lanka, full registration refunds will be issued.
